What do we need in terms of donations
Urgent food needs are: maize meal, groceries, vegetables. Meat, soup mixture (barley, lentils, beans, etc..) soup powder, rice, macaroni, sugar, coffee, etc.
Financial aid includes funds for school uniforms and shoes. Essential requirements that is needed for school children are: Bread, margarine and sandwich spread for the school children's sandwiches. Cake flour, oil, baking powder and yeast for the school children’s vetkoek. Baby formula (Lactogen 1 & 2), baby nappies (Small, Medium, Large, X-Large) children's tables and chairs, cots and baby beds, baby pram, walker, educational toys and toilet paper for the infants and todlers.
Other requirements are: toiletries, cleaning materials, linen, crockery, cutlery, pots, chairs for the dining room, blankets, bedding, curtains, cupboards, wardrobes, washing machine, lawnmower and weed eater / bush cutter.
The organization urgently requires the voluntary services of an architect for the preparation of plans for the construction of additional sewerage tanks as the shortage is a crisis.
